Information you submit during registration is only used to verify your payment and to help us identify you. It is not displayed publicly.

Channel Content and Profile Information

Information you fill in on your profile and content you add to your Channel is considered public information. This information will show up in search engines and may be integrated into other parts of the site. Please use caution in determining what information you wish to make public.

Comments

If you comment on a Channel or public profile on this site, be aware that any personally identifiable information submitted can be read, collected, or used by other users on the internet, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for any personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these areas.

Guests

As long as you do not participate in our services, you can browse REALESTATE.TV without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Guest users are able to view Channels, Profiles and comment (if allowed by the Channel owner).

Members

If you choose to use our services, we require you to provide account information and billing information. Billing information is collected simply to verify your identity to the payment processor, PayPal.

When We'll Contact You

Contact information collected is used to communicate with members for technical support issues and billing issues associated with products and services, and REALESTATE.TV member mail outs (via a provided link, users may decline to receive mail outs). At no time do we share any information with sites outside of our own network.

What We Track

We automatically track certain information based upon your behaviour on our site. We use this information to do internal research on our users demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, and your IP address.

The BrandLab, LLC. Network

REALESTATE.TV is part of a network of innovative sites developed by BrandLab, LLC. Your information will never be shared with an outside party, but it may be used internally across other BrandLab, LLC. network sites to: allow you easy access to features on other network sites, syndicate and display your content where relevant; and to allow members across the network to find and connect with you. Members will always be given the option of opting out of such services.

Agents

We use an outside credit card processing company, PayPal, to bill you for services. PayPal does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

A Note Concerning Children

We ask that minors (under the age of 18) not submit any personal information to us until they get permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a minor, you can use this service only with the permission and/or supervision of your parents or guardians. Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect information from any children under the age of 13 and no part of our Web site is structured to attract children under the age of 13.
